I am happy to report Civil Treatment Training for Employees has returned! There are spots available for 9/13, 9/14, and 9/21, so please sign up below by clicking on the link to secure a spot. You do not need to retake this training if you took it earlier this year. If you are a manager, please sign up for the Civil Treatment Training for Leaders when that is posted later in October.
Employees will experience an in-person session. As in prior years, these sessions will explore the following topics:
- How to address a range of workplace issues related to behavior that isn’t in line with our values.
- How to improve consistency in making decisions and taking any subsequent action.
- How to maintain an environment where all feel valued and respected, especially if speaking up about workplace concerns.
We all play a key role in helping the University maintain a workplace where everyone is engaged, productive and treated fairly, therefore it is expected that this initiative will be given priority by all.
