Human Resources reminds employees who take advantage of the University’s educational benefits:
- The benefits application for the spring semester is due no later than one week before the start of classes.
- Note the due date on your bill to avoid any interruptions to your class schedule.
- Each application should be submitted with the appropriate signatures, a detailed invoice and schedule.
To make the application process more efficient, we have removed the need for a signature from Accounting. Completed applications may be turned in directly to HR after supervisor and department head sign-off. An updated application is posted in the Benefits folder on the Intranet (under Human Resources).
** Last, please remember to submit grades from the fall semester no later than two weeks after grade release. **
