Beginning on Monday, March 28, NEOMED will ask students to return to using the college-specific absence forms and processes for managing absences.
To make using these forms easier for you, we've taken the opportunity to streamline the absence form into ONE link!
The University Student Absence Form now serves as a "front door" to your college absence forms.
Remember that all student forms are available online in one place for your convenience.
With the decline in COVID cases and the return to in-person classes, NEOMED is able to transition away from the COVID reporting/Illness form which served our purposes well to track and quantify illnesses, particularly those related to COVID.
Students who test positive for COVID are still asked to notify COVIDreporting@neomed.edu for additional instructions for how to proceed.
Please continue to be diligent about your health and safety and communicate with your college via your absence forms.
