Revised Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Registration Open — Now in a Blended Format
NEOMED Executive Education is launching a revised Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt for Service and Education Operations program, available to the NEOMED community. The redesigned experience delivers the same practical continuous improvement principles in a balanced, 3-month, blended format that better fits faculty and staff schedules.
Previously offered with weekly, in-person sessions, the program now pairs robust asynchronous learning modules with a mix of engaging and practical in-person and live online sessions. The upcoming cohort will run from March 3 through May 19, with in-person sessions scheduled for March 3, April 7 and May 19 from 9 –11 a.m.
Why Join?
Continuous improvement is a shared responsibility at NEOMED. This program supports NEOMED’s mission and commitment to operational excellence by equipping faculty and staff with practical tools to improve processes, reduce barriers, and better support learners, patients, and colleagues. Participants will build a common improvement language and develop skills that can be applied immediately within their roles and teams. This program is open to all NEOMED faculty and staff who are interested in strengthening NEOMED’s culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking.
