Alone with what? Coping with foot fungus? Body odor? Another malady discussed on late-night tv ads?

Nope. A lot of us don’t know or can’t remember how to forward phone calls from our office phones.

But we should try, since it’s a courtesy to our colleagues and others.

Doing it is a bit like paying for the order of the person in front of us in line − a little thing we can do to make someone else’s day better.

Forward your calls

You can get step-by-step instructions in the Knowledge Base section of the Information Technology Help Desk page of the NEOMED website, under Call Forwarding. In a nutshell, select the CFwdAll button on your Cisco phone, enter the phone number you are forwarding to, and listen for the “beep” letting you know the function is completed.
