Scholarships for grads of Salem High School

The Salem High School Alumni Association of Salem, Ohio, annually awards a variety of scholarships to its graduates. Applications are now open for the following postgraduate health care scholarships.

$1,000-$2,500- CHARLES FOX MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP- For a Salem High School graduate who possesses a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and is completing or has completed at least one year of postgraduate coursework in pursuit of a degree in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, optometry, or a healthcare profession that requires a postgraduate degree.

$5,000 - FRED AND DANA GAUNT PHARMACY SCHOLARSHIP - For a Salem High School graduate who is completing or has completed at least one postgraduate year at an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree program.

$10,000- JOHN R. STRATTON AND CAROLYN WEBSTER-STRATTON MEDICAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP- For a Salem High School graduate who is accepted to or is currently in a Doctor of Medicine {M.D.) degree program at an accredited medical school within the United States.
