Seasonal flu vaccine offered by NEOvations Pharmacy Services

NEOvations Pharmacy Services is now offering flu vaccine clinics held in September and October. Annual vaccination against the flu is a condition of employment at NEOMED and mandatory for all employees.

Appointments are available in 15-minute increments. Schedule your appointment and make sure to bring the current paperwork the day of, including your insurance card.

M4, P4, COGS may select any of the available clinic dates.

Once you receive your vaccination, you will be required to show your complete immunization record to Human Resources. If you feel you qualify for medical or religious exemption, please contact Human Resources at HROffice@neomed.edu.
