Shannon Boehme new safety manager in EOHS

Shannon Boehme will be the new safety manager working in the Safety Office within Campus Operations, effective Oct. 1. 

Boehme has been at NEOMED for 15 years in research. With her background in the lab working with animals, biosafety protocols and many different hazardous waste streams, she can hit the ground running for the Safety Office. She will be part of the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety team, performing safety equipment checks, laboratory audits, environmental monitoring, EPA and OSHA compliance, and more.
