Each year, Charity Ball is a big part of NEOMED’s spring semester.
This campus tradition allows an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate with one another, while raising money for student scholarships. This year, the event is back in-person with that same energy—one of celebration and generosity.
This year, we are adding an element that combines the familiarity of our virtual lives with the in-person excitement we all desire. As part of our fundraising efforts, the silent auction and raffle items will all be listed online with the ability to win even if you do not plan on attending the in-person event.
The NEOMED Community is encouraged to bid on basket items and purchase virtual raffle tickets now on Qtego. The auction and raffle are NOW LIVE and will close at 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 26.
So how does this work? Go to the website and register your mobile phone number. You will then be placed on our RSVP list as a virtual attendee. From there, view Silent Auction items on the “Auction Items” tab and purchase raffle tickets on the “Instabuy” tab.
Even if you are not interested in bidding or buying raffle tickets, you can donate to Charity Ball through Qtego. Simply click the “Donate” button on your personal Qtego page.
