If you missed the University Update Monday, Sept. 27, here's your chance to hear students and employees share their positive experiences with Strategic Plan initiatives.
Lacey Madison, M.B.A., M.Ed., Chief Strategy Officer, guides the University’s development and implementation of its Strategic Plan. Certified as a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, Madison is keeping a watchful eye on every aspect of the plan as it moves ahead.
President Langell normally presents the entire University Update, but on Sept. 27, he turned it over to Madison after congratulating numerous employees and covering additional territory. The idea was to give Madison and a selected group of speakers the chance to tell their own success stories related to the Strategic Plan.
Madison introduced each of the guest speakers and their topics, then let them take the floor, speaking to a live audience at Meshel Hall and additional participants on Zoom.
