Teddy Care Clinic is Saturday

NEOMED's Virtuous Healers Honor Society is hosting a “Teddy Care Clinic” this Saturday, March 15, with the goal of helping children become more comfortable with healthcare appointments.  Children can bring in their favorite stuffed animals for a medical check-up. The event is part of NEOMED’S annual “Body and Beyond” Health Fair, which is open to the community, in the NEW Center.

The health fair includes information on a variety of topics, as well as free chair massages and refreshments, in addition to other giveaways. A special nutrition presentation will take place at 10:30 a.m. titled, “Start Simple with MyPlate.”

This event is free and open to the public.
