Thank you, to all the donors who gave to their passion on Giving Tuesday and supported the programs of Northeast Ohio Medical University! The one-day campaign surpassed its goal by more than $37,000!
Giving Tuesday gifts totaling $80,142 were received from 151 donors for the Blue Fund, the Student-Run Free Clinic, Future Pharmacist Fund, Integrated Pathway Programs and the College of Graduate Studies scholarship fund. The total also includes a $20,000 donation from President John Langell, M.D., and his wife, Sara Whittingham, M.D., for scholarships for underrepresented minority students and U.S. military veterans.
Last year, the NEOMED community donated more than $42,000 on Giving Tuesday.
