April's 'Celebration of Health Professions Education' to examine AI
Please plan to join us for the Celebration of Health Professions Education to be held Monday, April 14, 2025, from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. in the Great Hall or via Zoom. The theme of the April Celebration is Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health Professions Education.
We look forward to welcoming:
- Timothy Aungst, Pharm.D. (above left), Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, who will discuss the challenges, ethical considerations and strategies for effectively integrating artificial intelligence into health professions education.
- Kenneth Remy, M.D., M.H.Sc., MSCI, FCCM (above right), the Ellery Sedgwick, Jr. Chair and Distinguished Scientist in Cardiovascular Research and Director: Blood, Heart, Lung and Immunology Research Center, School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve and University Hospitals of Cleveland, who will present on AI in clinical care and teaching.
