TV Series Recommendation: A Place to Call Home

We asked the NEOMED community to share what movies or series they’re watching while we wait for spring. Here’s one recommendation from Lisa Tavallali, senior practice administrator for NEOMED Health Care:

A Place to Call Home is on Acorn TV. It is well worth the minimal investment you may have to make to watch the series. If any of you remember The Thornbirds (I’m dating myself), it is similar to that. It is based on a matriarchal family and the ups and downs over a generation. I highly recommend it.

FYI, at the end of the second season, there is a closing out, but it then got renewed and continues for another several seasons.
