Two award scholarship applications are now open

Two scholarship applications are now open to outstanding students who lead the way as community builders and inclusive leaders. Recipients will be announced at the Oct. 9 Multicultural Festival.

Deadline to submit all nominations is Wednesday, Sept. 25.

2024-25 Community Builder Award: recognizes a 2nd-4th year medicine, pharmacy or graduate student who has demonstrated a commitment to being open and sensitive to the unique needs and interests of all populations. The recipient of this award will receive $500 and a plaque sponsored by Inclusion & Engagement.

Self-nominations require the submission of a nomination from someone other than yourself. Please share this form with at least one additional person to complete your nomination for this award.

AND THE...

2024-25 Walgreen's Pharmacy Inclusion Award Scholarship: recognizes a second, third- or fourth-year pharmacy student who demonstrates leadership, academic success and a commitment to advancing inclusion in the pharmacy profession, driving health equity and high-quality patient care in a community setting. The recipient will receive a financial award of $2500 sponsored by Walgreens and an award plaque.

Self-nominations are permitted. If you are self-nominating, you will not be asked to provide a recommendation at the end of this form. But in order for your self-nomination to be considered, someone other than yourself must submit a nomination using this same form. You can share the link with them.
