Unsung Hero: Lindsay Anderson

Nomination of Lindsay Anderson as an Unsung Hero of NEOMED:

Lindsay Anderson is an essential link across all departments at the University, and externally with the NEOMED Foundation board, playing a pivotal role in ensuring execution, timeliness and quality in achieving department goals.

Throughout a period of staff transitions, particularly at the vice president level, Lindsay not only filled gaps and maintained continuity but also introduced process improvements that significantly enhanced the division’s ability to manage and share critical donor information. Her proactive approach, rooted in Lean Six Sigma principles, has made our operations more efficient and error-free.

Lindsay’s leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues across campus. She is a driving force behind our division’s processes, communications and culture, and her contributions continue to make a lasting impact on the NEOMED community.
