Today’s Unsung Heroes were nominated by Carla Mattiussi Ed.S, M.Ed, LMT. Carla, an academic and career advisor in the College of Medicine, wrote:
“What do you do when it is Match Day and you need some help? Aeriole Conner, administrative specialist, Brian Butler, director of project implementation, came to the rescue.
“The morning of Match Day is very busy in the College of Medicine.
“That morning, Aeriole gave me an overview of the day and helped explain things during our set-up of the envelopes announcing hospitals where student matches. She is always very helpful and has a good grasp on processes and procedures.
“Brian, who is known for his tech-savvy, took time before a meeting to help with a template set-up used to help organize the room layout.
“Who wouldn’t want to work with these folks?”
