I would like to take a moment to formally recognize James Moore in the Academic Technology Services Department as an Unsung Hero.

While I genuinely appreciate all the support that the entire Academic Technology Services Department provides, I’d like to give a special shout-out to James Moore! James has come to the rescue on countless occasions over the past 1-2 months, consistently providing prompt, calm and gracious assistance to our entire College of Pharmacy curriculum services team as we’ve experienced several unanticipated and time-sensitive Canvas, Screencast O’Matic and Mediasite-related issues. Transitioning to new technologies can be tricky and a bit of a challenge at times; however, it’s very reassuring to know that we have folks like James around to problem-solve and help troubleshoot issues. Thanks for all your help, James! It’s such a pleasure working with you.

--Bryce A. Cain, M.A.Ed., curriculum coordinator, Office of Education, College of Pharmacy

I don’t know if you can second a recognition, but I wholeheartedly agree with what Bryce wrote. In addition to all that Bryce wrote, James also provides care to our team at all hours of the day and night. He goes out of his way to ensure that needs are done as promptly as possible, and it is appreciated. There is no doubt that he fits the description of an unsung hero!
