I wanted to acknowledge Jessica Hartman and Dudley Turner from Testing Services on the great customer service they provide. The College of Pharmacy recently administered an exam to our fourth-year students. When we experienced some unexpected technical issues at the last minute, Jessica and Dudley were there with ideas and solutions in support of our students. They even came to the testing room early the next day and stood ready to help if issues arose.
Thankfully everything went well, and we didn’t need their services, but I am grateful to work with such awesome teammates. Their attitude and approach really represent the best of what makes NEOMED a great place to learn and work!
