Unsung Heroes: Nadeem Ali

Nadeem Ali saved the day and my data and is truly a Hero!

When my laptop died, he went above and beyond to get it fixed and back to me. Then when I thought I lost some important contact information in my DYMO address book, he was able to figure it out and retrieve it for me. I went from panic mode to praising his existence! 

Nadeem is very competent and professional in his work and always makes me laugh. I feel very fortunate to have him on our NEOMED IT Team. Thank you, Nadeem!
