I would like to recognize Nadeem Ali, a senior support technician who started at NEOMED November 1, 2021, as an Unsung Hero. For several weeks, he patiently worked with Dell through several obstacles to ensure that the camera on my laptop got fixed. Nadeem, I appreciate all that you did to help me!
