Unsung Heroes: Pamela Roeper
I would like to nominate Pamela Roeper for Unsung Hero.
As the University’s instructional designer, Pamela has been helping me move our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt curriculum into video modules for a flipped classroom experience for the MLHSS students. The quality, promptness and service excellence of Pamela’s work cannot be overstated. She is delightful to work with, eager to offer support, and even takes the time to write a few encouraging words here and there to keep me motivated through the process.
When Pamela was enrolled in Yellow Belt herself, there was an occasion when she had to travel unexpectedly for family matters. She emailed me several times to make sure she was keeping me informed of her expected return and to stay up to date with the course content even though there was no expectation for her to do so.
We are fortunate to have Pamela on the NEOMED team.
