We would like to nominate Stephanie Thompson, M.S., M.Ed., for recognition as an unsung hero.
As a curriculum administrative specialist in the Office of Medical Education, she provides invaluable support for the College of Medicine’s Curriculum Committee, its subcommittees, and medical education leadership. She took the lead in ensuring that our recent curriculum retreat and the Celebration of Medical Education event were great successes, managing two visiting professors as well as pre-retreat surveys and retreat working groups.
Stephanie’s thoughtful attention to detail and organization, as well as her background and experience in medical education, have been an immense asset to the medical education team in the College of Medicine.
