I would like to nominate Toccara Ball, senior HR generalist, employee relations and development, in the Office of Human Resources, as a NEOMED Unsung Hero.
Toccara provides support and guidance for employees and managers, not only for employee relations and performance concerns, but also for training and development. Even with multiple responsibilities, she dedicates extensive time and energy to the entire University and is tirelessly diligent, supportive, caring and thoughtful, making sure each individual has been heard.
Having been tasked recently with managing the Incentive Bonus Plan, she has ensured that each employee reaching out with requests has been given thoughtful consideration, all while managing through complex and at times very challenging employee conversations – and also providing regular training.
Toccara is a rock star and NEOMED is fortunate to have her on our team!
