NEOvations Pharmacy Services, a clinical initiative of NEOMED, has appointments available for COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots Tuesday, Jan. 18, from 1-3 p.m. (Moderna), and Thursday, Jan. 20, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Pfizer).
The clinic is located on the second floor of the NEW Center. Appointments must be made online using the secure form.
There is no cost for the vaccines and booster shots, but individuals must bring their insurance card as well as their vaccine card, if applicable, to their appointment. Those without insurance can provide their Social Security number.
