Voter Registration Day recap

On Sept. 17, the library staff hosted a voter registration event. During this time students, faculty, and staff were able to stop in and register to vote, check their status and polling place, and find out about the issues that would be on their ballot.

During the two-hour event thirty-one people were able to check their registration status and six brand new voters registered. The Affecting Social Justice in Medicine (ASJM) student interest group also passed out information from Vot-ER.
