Wandering Wellness Cart Makes the Rounds; Door Prize Winners Named

Human Resources’ Wandering Wellness Cart made its way around campus each day last week, stopping by locations including the Comparative Medical Unit to hand out goodies and encourage employees to make their benefits selections during open enrollment.

Human Resources piloted the cart, joined at various locations by members of the executive management team, such as Roderick L. Ingram Sr., Vice President for Communications and Chief Marketing Officer (photo, second from left) and Lacey Madison, Chief Strategy Officer (photo, far right). With them: Stanley Dannemiller, director of the Comparative Medical Unit (CMU) and Diane McKinney, administrative assistant in the CMU.

Congratulations to last week’s door-prize winners:

Enrollment winner:

  • Matthew Coury (Campus Operations) – a year’s membership to Sequoia Fitness

Wellness winners:

  • Karlina Kegecik (Integrative Medical Sciences)  - a day of wellness (1 additional vacation day)
  • Liz Fredrickson (Pharmacy Practice) – a Sonic Electric Toothbrush

Open enrollment continues through Nov. 28.

Remember, even if you are not covered by our health care, you should still go in and complete your enrollment – it’s always good to review your elections, coverage levels and even beneficiaries.

Questions about enrollment or prizes can be directed to hrbenefits@neomed.edu or to Karen Tomlinson at ext. 6727.  Time is still available for enrollment assistance if you need it.
