A new role for Harlena Duval

Student Services welcomes Harlena Duvall, our new credentialing specialist who will assist our current Assistant Director of Credentialing Paula Adams. Harlena will be overseeing the student insurance process and supporting the credentialing compliance efforts.

Harlena received her Medical Assistant diploma, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and has medically assisted for almost 25 years with Akron Children's Hospital and the NEOMED Health Care Center. She brings a strong background of experience that will benefit NEOMED's ability to manage the growing credentialing compliance and insurance needs of all students.

Harlena's office will be located in Student Services, R-132.
