Welcome to NEOMED: Aaron Clark named director of operational excellence

We are pleased to welcome Aaron Clark to NEOMED as the new director of operational excellence. In this role, Aaron will lead strategic initiatives aimed at advancing NEOMED’s culture of continuous improvement. He will also oversee the University’s Lean Six Sigma programs, reinforcing our commitment to workforce development and operational excellence across the institution and our affiliate partnerships.

Aaron brings more than a decade of experience in higher education, with the past seven years focused on graduate and professional program admissions. Most recently, he led enrollment management for the Doctor of Pharmacy program and Executive Education at The Ohio State University.

Aaron holds a Master of Higher Education from Ohio University and a Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, where he also earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
