WiN event: The LET THEM Theory book discussion - session 2

WiN Book Club – Session 2 Description (Chapters 3–10)

In Session 2, we dive into Chapters 3–10 of Let Them Theory, exploring how letting go of expectations can strengthen confidence, relationships, and personal boundaries.

When: noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19

Where: Zoom Link  (use link to join)

This session focuses on shifting from people‑pleasing to personal empowerment by recognizing what is (and isn’t) within our control.

We will discuss themes such as:

  • Emotional responsibility — understanding what belongs to us and what belongs to others.
  • Boundary clarity — how “letting them” becomes a tool for reducing stress, conflict, and over-functioning.
  • Identity and self‑worth — why detaching from external validation leads to healthier choices and more authentic living.
  • Permission to release — how the theory helps us stop micromanaging, overthinking, and over-caring in ways that drain our energy.

Participants will reflect on real‑life scenarios, share insights, and practice applying “Let Them” thinking in professional and personal situations.

If you didn’t attend Session 1, that’s OK — we’d still love for you to join us!

This session builds on our foundation from Session 1 but is also designed so everyone can jump in easily and engage.

Sign up today and let’s learn, reflect, and grow together
