Ever wonder what it is like to be an Emergency Medicine (EM) physician? Here's your chance to come and learn about the vast and controlled chaos of EM from renowned alumni, both of which completed training at local level 1 trauma centers. Learn about the typical day, the loves/hates of EM, as well as lifestyle outside EM. Topics will vary, so please come with questions.
NEOMED alumna Jennifer DeMarco, M.D. ('16) and Michael Ruhlin, M.D. ('11) will be coming to speak.
Dr. DeMarco completed residency training at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and is now employed at Metro Health.
Dr. Ruhlin completed residency at Summa Health and is currently director of UltraSound at Western Reserve Hospital.
NEOMED's chair of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Nick Jouriles M.D., will also be in attendance.
