NEOMED Presents “A Masquerade” -- The Annual Aesculapius Charity Ball

WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 16 from 7-11 p.m.

WHERE: NEW Center Ballroom

ATTIRE: Formal attire required. Masquerade-themed attire optional.

TICKETS: Tickets can be purchased on Eventbite now through Feb. 11

Student: $30 each
Student/Non-Student Couple Tickets: $75 package
Faculty/Staff/Alumni and Guest Tickets: $50 each

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Cocktail Hour: Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6-7 p.m. Beverages must be purchased separately. A cash bar will be available throughout the night. REMEMBER TO BRING CASH AND IDs. An ATM will be available on the first floor of the NEW Center.

Speeches will start at 7:15 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact Harmony Stanger at hstanger@neomed.edu to request a special meal.

Buffet Dinner will be served. Meal options will be posted mid-January on the Eventbrite site.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the visitor lots in front of the NEW Center.

Seating: Open seating will be available for students and their guests. Faculty, staff and their guests will have reserved seating.

Need a ride home? Starting at 10:30 p.m., please make your way to the first floor where NEOMED students will be waiting to drive guests home. The students will be using their own cars, so you will have to make accommodations to pick up your car in the morning. Uber and Lyft services are encouraged.

Raffle and Auction: Items will be available to bid on throughout the night. Auction winners can make payments via credit card or check. Raffle tickets can only be purchased with cash.

All proceeds benefit the Sarah Cho Scholarship and the Tahani Mansour Memorial Scholarship Fund. The event is sponsored by the NEOMED Student Council, American Medical Student Association, American Pharmacists Association, and the Office of Student Affairs.
