Business Etiquette Dinner, Nov. 16

The annual Business Etiquette Dinner provides medicine and pharmacy students with an opportunity to learn proper dining etiquette for business or social occasions. Carla Owens, associate director of Career Services at Kent State University, will serve as the Etiquette Coach for the evening accompanied by Deborah Okey, associate general counsel at Goodyear and NEOMED Foundation Board member. During the event, Carla will take you through the four-course dinner, step by step. After dinner, NEOMED students will serve as models for the professional fashion show showing you the do’s and don’ts of professional attire.

The event is beneficial for professional development.

WHEN: Wednesday, November 16 from 6-9 p.m.

WHERE: NEW Center Ballroom

ATTEND: $10 for student tickets. Faculty and staff tickets are of no cost. Stop by Student Affairs, B-201, to purchase your ticket or stop by this Wednesday, Nov. 16, from noon to 1 p.m. at the table in NEW Center.

Want to participate in the  fashion show? We are looking for models (guys and gals) to present the Do's and Don't of attire in different situations! There's no crazy time commitment to it, just making sure you've got the clothing to pull off the right look and enjoy walking down the runway!
