NEOMED will be conducting a campus-wide tornado drill on Wednesday, March 20 at noon. Please take a few minutes to review the tornado shelter maps located on the Public Safety section of the NEOMED intranet.
In the event of a tornado, remember to DUCK:
D - Go DOWN to the lowest level
U – Get UNDER something
C – COVER your head
K – KEEP in shelter until the storm has passed
Get additional tornado safety information.
As a reminder, Rootstown Township does not have a tornado siren. The township does have a mass notification system with the option to receive weather alerts applicable to Rootstown Township. If you are interested, you can sign up for this service.
