The deadline to purchase tickets for the Charity Ball has been extended until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 12.
NEOMED presents “A Night at the Oscars”
The Annual NEOMED Aesculapius Charity Ball will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17 from 7-11 p.m. at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn.
Cocktail Hour: Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6-7 p.m. Beverages must be purchased separately. A cash bar will be available throughout the night. Please remember to bring cash and ID.
Attire: Formal attire required. Oscar-themed attire optional.
Ticket Prices:
Students: $30 each
Student/Non-Student Couple: $75 couple
Faculty/Staff and Guests: $50 each
Tickets can be purchased online. They will not be available for sale at door.

Swedish meatballs and veggie spring rolls
Dinner Buffet:
Mixed greens salad, rolls, butter
Entrees: grilled beef tips and chicken florentine; vegetarian option: eggplant manicotti
Vegetable: Tuscan blend vegetables
Dessert: assorted cakes and pies
Seating: Open seating will be available for students and their guests. Faculty, staff and their guests will have reserved seating.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the visitor parking lots in front of the Hilton. As a reminder, guests must bring their printed or electronic ticket.
Raffle and Auction: Items will be available to bid on throughout the night. Remember to bring cash! Auction winners can make payments via credit card or check. Raffle tickets can only be purchased with cash.
