Researchers and entrepreneurs are invited to come together to discuss commercializing research and forming a company at the second in a series of monthly forums entitled "How to Start a Life Science Company." The forum will be held Thursday, Oct. 27 from noon - 1 p.m. in room RGE 123 A/B. Elliot Reed, Entrepreneur-in-Residence and REDIzone program manager, will present an overview of the formation of a company, including selecting a CEO and advisors, creating a team and fundraising.
Open discussion, questions and flow of ideas are encouraged. Participants may also bring their own lunch to the forum.
