Dear NEOMED Faculty and Staff,
You are cordially invited to attend the Class of 2022 College of Medicine Match Day Ceremony scheduled for Friday, March 18, at 11:30 a.m. in the NEW Center Ballroom. We are planning for an in-person event, allowing for student guests, faculty and staff to attend. A live-stream option will also be available through Facebook Live on the University's Facebook page for those unable to come to campus. You must have a Facebook account to view the livestream.
Since space will be priority to students and their guests in the ballroom, we are asking that faculty/staff view the ceremony from the overflow area in Cook Alumni Hall, next to the ballroom, where a live stream of the ceremony will be playing. Prior to the start of the ceremony, if seats open up in the ballroom, we will direct faculty/staff in the overflow area to the open seats in the ballroom.
Masking is encouraged, however not required for vaccinated individuals.
