Faculty/staff: Submit M4 award nominations

Dear Faculty and Staff,

If you are interested in nominating M4 students for College of Medicine Awards, please do so through the nomination link below.

New for this year, faculty and staff are able to nominate students for the following awards (and only these two awards listed on the ballot):

• Service to the College of Medicine Community Award
• Volunteer Service to the Community Award

Deadline: Sunday, February 9, 2025

The final nomination ballot will be sent to the Class of 2025 students in mid-February to determine final selections. The awards will be presented during the M4 Awards Ceremony on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. (Ballroom).
