Faculty Workload Policy Lunch and Learns

Provost Forrest Faison is hosting three Faculty Workload Policy “Lunch and Learn” sessions in January to go over the new NEOMED Faculty Workload Policy.   These are open to any interested faculty or staff employed by NEOMED.   In-person and zoom options are available.

During the sessions, Dr. Faison will review the new policy and show how the policy will be used, and how workload calculations will be done, using several select “case studies” of current NEOMED faculty who have graciously agreed to be examples.  It is very important that deans and department heads attend one of the sessions so they understand how the policy is used and they can become proficient in performing workload assessments of their faculty who are NEOMED employees.  However, the sessions are open to any interested faculty or staff.
