Fourth annual NEOMED College of Pharmacy Interprofessional Development Day will be June 4
The College of Pharmacy will offer its fourth annual Interprofessional Education Day on Wednesday, June 4, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in Cook Alumni Hall at the NEOMED NEW Center. This year's conference will include the following presentations:
The Feedback Shift: Moving from Judgment to Learning
By Cecile Foshee, Ph.D., M.Ed., BCC, director of the Office of Interprofessional Learning, Education Foundation, Cleveland Clinic
- Explain the purpose and value of formative feedback in health professions education and interprofessional collaboration.
- Apply at least one evidence-informed strategy for providing improvement-focused feedback in simulated peer interactions.
- Demonstrate a growth-oriented response to feedback by using reflective listening during a feedback exchange.
