The Student Wellness Committee and Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group is pleased to invite you to the FIRST Healthy Meal Prep for the Professional Student!
During this event, we'll discuss and demo easy ways to create a healthy meal plan for the week even with your busy schedules! These meals will be prepared with 5 ingredients or less and will be prepared in front of you by Chef Xavier so you can learn how to make these meals at your own home. The meals featured at the event will be Balsamic Chicken with Vegetables and a Black Bean Quinoa Salad (vegan-friendly 🙂).
