First meeting of IPhO at NEOMED! Hosting Sandeep Chakrabarty, the Director of Value & Access - Diabetes at Sanofi, responsible for Soliqua 100/33, Diabetes copay strategy, Integrated Care and health systems approach. Sandeep joined Sanofi in 2017 in a Retail Strategy/Ops role with the US Trade Team. In this role, Sandeep partnered with cross-functional teams across Primary Care to develop innovative channel solutions, engage with vendors in the retail and EHR space, and provide insight for pull-through challenges in retail pharmacy. Sandeep has spent much of this year working with Soliqua to help develop pharmacy programs and optimize co-pay card usage. Prior to joining Sanofi, Sandeep worked for Target and Rite Aid in various roles of increasing responsibility, with the last 8 years as Pharmacy District Manager leading 25+ stores and teams of 100+ in various geographies. Sandeep graduated with his PharmD from Rutgers University. When not at work, Sandeep enjoys spending time with his family- his wife Priti, and two boys Shyan (4) & Jayce (8 months). He loves NY sports (Giants & Mets), CrossFit-type workouts, traveling, and is always open to a great restaurant suggestion.
