M4 Students: Internal applications are being accepted for AAMC RISE

Dear M4 Students:

As a current student leader, do you demonstrate a willingness and ability to positively impact the culture and/or learning environment here at NEOMED as well as at your future residency institution? If so, please consider submitting an internal application for the AAMC RISE Program!

The AAMC RISE: Developing Future Leaders in Academic Medicine & Science Program for current M4 students focuses on four core areas: Relationships, Influence, Self-awareness, and Effectiveness and will provide students with the leadership skills and knowledge they need to navigate the challenges and opportunities awaiting them as a resident. More information is detailed in the email below.

The AAMC RISE seminar is scheduled for March 27 - 29, 2026, at the University of Utah, Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah.

If interested, please consider completing this internal application for nomination consideration by Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST. COM Student Affairs will review all internal applications and select two students for nomination.
