S. Patrick Kachur, M.D. (’90), M.P.H., FACPM, FASTMH
Globally recognized for his research in the area of malaria, Dr. Kachur has distinguished himself as a mentor and educator, as well as a policy advisor at the international level, participating in technical and policy committees for the U.S. Government, the United Nations and major malaria funding agencies. During many years of living in Tanzania, Dr. Kachur became a high-level advisor to the CDC/Ifkara Health Institute Malaria Program.
