The Center for Student Wellness and Counseling Services presents this Master Skills Workshop which will focus on learning to be in control of your own mind instead of letting your mind be in control of you.
The particular Master Skill that we will highlight during this workshop is Mindfulness: purposefully becoming aware of all of the details within the present moment without judgment or critique.
