MEDCAMP 2023

A group of undergraduate students will be gathering Thursday, July 6 through Saturday, July 8, 2023, for the MEDCAMP 2023 program.

Through activities located on the NEOMED campus, MEDCAMP is designed to provide “hands-on” experiences in bio-medical science workshops involving research, clinical problem-solving and an introduction to the fields of clinical medicine. Participants join physicians, NEOMED medical students, faculty, and researchers in performing applied activities, where they learn how a physician talks with a patient, how to study the clues to a patient’s illness, to solve medical cases by using critical thinking skills in addition to learning modern laboratory techniques and diagnosis a case study on a fictitious patient. On Saturday, July 8th, participants present their findings through grand rounds to family, friends, and peers.
