Join us for our first NEOMED Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 22 in Cook Alumni Hall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visit over 20 vendor booths including our medical, dental, vision and retirement providers, our wellness partners and community members offering wellness services and information. All attendees will receive raffle tickets to win prizes:
• Basketball hoop and ball
• Adjustable dumbbells and weight bench
• Fitbit, exercise mat and kettlebell
• Bike, bike helmet and bike lock
• Golf set including tees, golf balls, gift card and putting mat
• Kayak with lifejackets and cooler

Resiliency: Taking Care of Yourself While You Take Care of Others. Join us as our speaker, Dr. Margy Sanders, guides us through self-care tools and techniques to build resiliency and how you can implement this knowledge in your daily life.
