This year, NEOMED will celebrate Halloween with a "Trunk or Treat!"
NEOMED trick-or-treaters are encouraged to visit the NEOMED Halloween “Trunk or Treat” event on Monday, Oct. 30 from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the NEW Center Atrium. Trick-or-treaters will be directed to attend the “Trunk or Treat” event for table top candy stops rather than visiting each department as in prior years.
Departments interested in participating can reserve a table in the NEW Center to distribute giveaways or candy. Please contact HR at hroffice@neomed.edu by Wednesday, Oct. 25 to reserve a table. It is not required that the table be staffed, as representatives from the co-sponsoring departments will be on hand to monitor the event. Also, participating departments are encouraged to appropriately decorate their table for a chance to win the “Golden Pumpkin Award” and bragging rights for the year!
We encourage all faculty, staff and students (NEOMED and BIO-MED) to dress appropriately in costume*, participate in the “Trunk or Treat” event, and decorate their door, work area, or department as part of the overall fun activities.

*Masks which cover the entire face or disparaging/insulting costumes will not be permitted. NEOMED reserves the right to ask that all or part of a costume be removed if deemed inappropriate.
