NEOMED Project ECHO Superhub launches new collaborative

Northeast Ohio Medical University Project ECHO Superhub is proud to announce the launch of the PIVOT Collaborative (Prevention, Intervention, and Voices for Outreach and Treatment), a new global learning and networking initiative designed to support ECHO programs engaged in prevention, intervention, risk mitigation, and recovery-focused work.

Built as a true “For Partners by Partners” collaborative, PIVOT is open to all members of the MetaECHO community. The initiative will provide a dedicated forum where ECHO practitioners, program leaders, and community partners can connect, exchange ideas, and develop practical solutions to the evolving challenges facing prevention and intervention efforts.

As communities continue to navigate shifting policies, funding uncertainties, workforce challenges, and emerging public health needs, the PIVOT Collaborative will serve as a trusted space for shared learning, innovation, and sustainability planning.

A Collaborative Designed for Real-World Impact

Every month, starting Sept. 3, 2026, the PIVOT Collaborative will bring together leaders and practitioners from across the national and global MetaECHO network to strengthen outreach efforts and foster meaningful peer-to-peer engagement.

PIVOT aims to:

  • Strengthen ECHOs engaged in or intersecting with prevention, intervention and risk mitigation by providing tools, frameworks and peer support tailored to the realities of this work.
  • Surface and share practice-based knowledge — the lessons learned from building and adapting programs under real-world constraints — so that no ECHO has to solve the same problem in isolation.
  • Build durable infrastructure for sustainability, including strategies for navigating funding volatility, policy shifts and workforce turnover.
  • Create a collective voice for ECHOs and practitioners doing this work, connecting isolated efforts into a broader, mutually reinforcing network.

Through regular collaboration and knowledge exchange, participants will gain access to practical strategies, proven approaches and a growing network of peers committed to improving outcomes in their communities.
