NEOMED faculty are invited to join our newest faculty for New Faculty Onboarding sessions! Monthly sessions will be offered, providing new faculty members with the opportunity to learn more about the offices and staff that will support them (and all NEOMED faculty) in their roles.

Presenters: Craig Theissen, M.Ed./L. and Brian Harrell, M.A.

In this session, faculty will be introduced to the directors of NEOMED’s Learning Center and Writing Center, gaining insight into the academic support services available to students. Faculty will learn how each center supports student success through tutoring, writing assistance, and skill-building resources, and will be guided on when and how to refer students for additional help. This session will empower faculty to confidently connect students with the appropriate resources, fostering a collaborative approach to academic success.

Whether you’re a seasoned faculty member, or brand new to NEOMED, this is a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, ask questions and learn about the centers that support student academic success.
